Members’ Annual Dues are amongst the best practices for many international reputable fitness chains to cater for needed improvements in the gym such as replacements of core and non-core equipment, renovations to flooring, re-modelling of the facility, ambience enhancements and other such improvements. All of these are needed to keep a good standard and ensure best-in-class services to our members.
Members’ Annual Dues are not for members who are new to i-Fitness in the current year, that is, 2024.
For this year, Annual Dues are to be paid by members who joined i-Fitness before 2024. Members who joined within the current year – that is in 2024 – will be required to pay Annual Dues from next year.
This means all existing members (corporate and individual) are eligible for this payment. Only new members who joined in the current year are exempted till the next year.
The regular subscriptions are not sufficient to maintain and constantly execute improvements to the facilities as needed. Subscriptions cover the normal day-to-day running of the facility which include power, janitorial services, janitorial materials, manpower, repairs and maintenance, IT systems, leases, facility service charges and much more.

The payment is due from the 1st of March every year. The amount is N17,350 per member for the calendar year.
The payment will be done automatically via the same card you shared at the time you paid for your membership subscription. Just ensure your card has sufficient funds and is loaded on our system (via our mobile app or at the front desk).
Yes, for eligible members who have not effected payment between 1-31 March 2024, the system will attempt to charge you within March 2024 before restricting access.
Annual Member dues (N17,350) became part of the i-Fitness Membership Plan effective January 2023. The same way subscriptions are paid is the same way the annual dues are paid.
Therefore, members who do not wish to be charged have the right to opt out or stop their subscription plans via their mobile app. This means that so long as members are utilising the service, the settlement of the Annual Dues is compulsory. To stop your subscription (opt-out) or stop being a member, please follow the following steps:
– Sign into your i-Fitness app
– Go to “Membership”
– Select a reason for cancellation, and press “Cancel”
